The British Scoliosis Research Foundation (BSRF) is the only charity that exists solely to promote research into the treatment of scoliosis in the UK.
Each year the BSRF funds a great deal of research into scoliosis and periodically holds an international symposium to spread the knowledge gained from research. The BSRF’s vision is to have contributed, within 10 years, to discovering the cause of idiopathic scoliosis and to have improved the quality of life for people with all types of scoliosis.

Sixty percent of people in the UK currently have a skin condition or have previously had a skin condition. There are at least 100,000 new cases of skin cancer reported every year in the UK. 20% of all children have eczema. 70% of British people with skin conditions or scars say it affects their confidence. By supporting the British Skin Foundation (the only charity in the UK dedicated to funding vital research into all types of skin disease, including skin cancer) you will be helping to fund research that will help to improve the quality of life of skin disease sufferers.

We are an independent charity supporting thousands of people who experience tinnitus and advise medical professionals from across the world. We are the primary source of support and information for people with tinnitus in the UK, facilitating an improved quality of life. We aim to encourage prevention through our educational programme and to seek effective treatment for tinnitus through a medical research programme. We seek to provide the most appropriate and expert advice and information free of charge via our confidential freephone helpline on 0800 018 0527. Our vision We want "A world where no one suffers from tinnitus." That is a powerful statement and one we believe is achievable. It is achievable now, to an extent that there are management tools and methods available to enable some not to 'suffer'. However we also want to find better ways to manage tinnitus – and ultimately a cure.
