Nine people are killed and dozens more injured everyday on UK roads. Brake works to prevent road deaths and injuries and to support people who have been bereaved and injured by road crashes. For many families BREAK is a lifeline. Every year we provide holidays and respite care for more than 1,000 children and adults with disabilities at our specialist centres. While our guests enjoy a seaside holiday, their parents and carers benefit from a much-needed rest. BREAK is special because we provide quality care and give our guests a great holiday where the focus is firmly on fun. The charity also provides a range of other care services - including children's homes, day care for adults and a residential family assessment unit.
